I've been making these wontons since the late 80's -- minus the big hair. They're a big hit with friends and family, especially at parties.
I've gotten a little carried away today with a couple of variations on a theme. We'll travel to China for Fried Wontons, to South America for Dulce de Leche Dumplings and back to the US for Southwestern Wontons.
You too can make these treats. It's time consuming, but not difficult. Be a hero and make these wontons for your next party!
