    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     gregreesehd is a frequent submitter from Cincinnati, Ohio. In addition to musical talents, he is a frequent documenter of life in his city. The Cinciditarod is an offbeat race featuring shopping carts instead of dogsleds.

    Here are some scenes from Cincinnati's version of Alaska's Iditarod. It was pretty Cool!

     

    I spoke to a few teams that participated in this event and I was also able to speak with the city's Fountain Square Events Manager Suzanne of 3CDC. She gave me some great information about the race.
