    Times have changed right? Many people think the military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy will be struck down by Congress later this year. Some military leaders, however, are not ready to say that publicly signaling possible mounting internal resistance in the ranks. Former gay and lesbian military personnel are very hopeful that this is finally the year. Others, however, are not all that confident, especially in this election year for Congress.
