This iReport is part of an assignment:
Could you live without Starbucks? |
Happy caffinating!
To all of those people who badmouth the 'Bucks.....GET OVER IT!! No one is forcing you or anyone else to drink their $4 coffee. I, on the other hand, like my coffee with a side a whoop-a**. The hot water they serve at Dunkin Donuts and McDonald's does nothing for me, and quite honestly is a waste of the $2 I spend on it. As with other luxuries in this market, sales will decrease because no, it is not a necessity. Although I would love to, I do not frequent Starbucks everyday, but treat myself on the weekends and here and there in between. There is nothing like the calm feeling that flows through your veins with that first sip. During the week I brew my own coffee at home in my (you guessed it) Starbuck's machine. The company may downsize a little, but I don't believe this is the end, it will come back stronger than ever once the market bounces back, plus I think Mr. Schultz has yet to reveal a few tricks up his sleeve. Happy caffinating!
