    Onion Hearts

    This is a photo of heart shaped onion rings that came out of an onion.  One of my employees scored this find when she sliced into an onion.  Sometimes you never know what you are going to find working with food.  This same employee once found a heart shaped potato and two potatoes that grew together to form a butt crack.  She said finding the heart shaped onions made her day and keeps her job interesting.
