    One Hour Wait For Police in Memphis??

    Why did it take paramedics 20 minutes and police nearly an hour to respond to the scene of a bad crash Saturday.

     

    Is our 911 system going to crap? Miscommunication? Could be but the Sheriffs Deputy that drove by without stopping was a little over the top.. READ-
