    Wai Lana Yoga

    A friend of mine has started this yoga program and she says it's awesome. The video is set against a beautiful water scene in Hawaii. There is a beginner DVD that is very helpful. She says in the little time she has did it she  has toned up. If you ever wanted to start yoga from what I saw of the video and what she told me I would recommend this DVD.
