    Tax payers money at not- work

    This is a shot I took in N.E. Philly. at the Bustleton Ave. Drivers Licence center. Our precious government keeps talking about cutting services to save our tax dollars by laying off prople who actually work . Here is a security guard who is at a facility manned by mostly handicapped workers . How does his sleeping on the job with his I-Pods playing sweet nothings in his ears protect or even help his co-workers . How about getting rid of this dead "wood" and the others like him instead of cutting the people who acually work for us.
