My City, My Life, Our World |
Atlanta From a Pedestrian View
I love walking around Atlanta, or any metropolitan area and taking pictures of the buildings. These are some of my favorite pictures of the buildings surrounding the Georgia State University Campus, minus a couple that are from the Midtown area. One sunny October day, I decided to go for a walk.
1. Atlanta Rising From The Ashes - Woodruff Park
2.The Suntrust Building on Peachtree above the Peachtree Center Marta Station
3.I don't know the name of the building, but it's on the corner of Peachtree and 14th Streets
4. Again, unknown name for me, but same corner of Peachtree and 14th Streets
5. The sky above the corners of Peachtree and 14th Streets
6. Cranes on the corner of Piedmont and Decatur Streets building the brand new GSU science building.
7. The CNN Center on Marietta Blvd and Centennial Olympic Park
8. Marietta Blvd on the way back to the GSU campus
9. Magnolia everlasting. This magnolia bloomed in October, when I took these pictures.
