World Cup Might be Out for David Beckham
Just 87 more days until the World Cup in South Africa. That does not give 34 year old, David Beckham time to heal from the serious injury he received yesterday when playing for Milan against Chieva. He has a snapped Achilles and is on his way to Finland for medical treatment. It's a 5-6 month recovery and England's manager, Fabio Capello confirms that it does not look like he will be participating in this years World Cup.
David Beckham is the biggest name in the game of Soccer. This is truly unfortunate for the upcoming World Cup in South Africa. He was on loan to Milan from his U.S. Team, the LA Galaxy, here in Los Angeles, California.
