WISHING ON A CURE!

It happened on last 13^th in Second Life and it was a big success.

The official amazing party took place in the Patch Thibauld auditorium and the event was very touching.

Here we are again to make the difference and help fundraising for the American Cancer Society.

Second Life is a Global community and as Tayzia Abattoir, Event Chair for 2010, pointed out- 'We are not just an American RFL family. We are world-wide. We can go even further with that not only are we worldwide here in second life, we are... species wide, community wide, we are different races, different demographics, we are goreans, we are furries, we are tinies, caledonians, we are fairies, super heroes, we are snails, we are scifi, airplane or boating enthusiasts; we are families, college students, librarians, we are all types of communities, nationalities, races and friends, the list goes on and on and on, but the most important thing to remember is that our strength is our numbers, we will raise funds for the American Cancer Society together as a united family, this is the RFL of SL family, I am so honored to be a member of.'

Now we are 92 teams who have registered so far and our Team, the Global Hearts United, is also making all efforts to attend to some events and spread the word. Shery Capalini and Kayleigh McMillan are the heads behind all actions of our team and we are really thankful for their support. Our party was amazing and we´ll prepare many surprises and events during the RFL campaign.

We are looking for volunteers for events, designers, DJs and everybody who shares our love for helping people.

RFL has been an amazing way to help people and Second Life has offered many new ways to raise funds for this campaign.

Our “virtual World” has showed we can make REAL goodness and the InnerWorld Magazine supports charity in all ways! www.inner-world.org

You can donate and find the kiosks in many stores and during hundreds events. Lets be together once again and make this RFL the best, ever. “Wishing on a Cure”!!!
