    Snow and rain fall at the same time in Lubbock

    It's a little hard to see the rain, but you can hear it falling.

     

    Heavy rains closed streets and created flood warnings Monday morning, but by afternoon, snow started falling with the rain.  Here are scenes from on the Texas Tech University campus, where students were gone for spring break.
