How to make Glutenfree Pancake Puffs
Glutenfree, Low calories, sugarfree and low fat and moderate sodium.
Needed: puff pan, oil and water.
Just 5 ingredientsin the batter:
1. Most important ingredient: Garbanzo bean flour (chickpea flour), Bob Mills can be found almost every healthfood store and supermarket It should cost less then $5. Fairway in New York sells it for less then $3
The rest of the ingredients can be found in your kitchen sink:
2. Baking powder
3. Cornstarch
4. Vinegar
5. Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
*Mix 1 cup Garbanzo bean flour with 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/5 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
* add 1 cup of water and whick batter untill smooth
*coat puff cavities with vegetable oil
*fill batter half way in the puff cavities
Makes 4 servings of puffs
serving size = 7 puffs
Kcalories per serving 130 Kcal
