    High Waters in Woburn Ma.

    These are some photos that my niece Tabitha Bagnell took.  She works at a cab company in Woburn Ma.  She took these photos a few hours ago.  Tabitha was trapped at work because of the high waters.  Streets are closed and she informed me that there is a state of emergency.  She said it is still raining hard.  I am happy to report that Tabitha made it safely home.  However, the bottom floor of the house she lives in is flooded.  The photos are from the back parking lot of the cab company.
