Waikiki, Hawaii

This iReport is part of an assignment:
Travel photo of the day |
Perhaps you've never been to Sheraton Waikiki?
High end, big bucks. On Waikiki.
Worth 3-500 and up to 2-3000 a night for the suites.-- a night for the rooms and shopping and all the extras., Love it. Waikiki and the heat and the crowds and the shopping. It's fun for one or two nights but no more. Give us Costco Waikiki:or the Factory Shops at Pearl City.
There are better buys on the north shores at Haleiwa. Take your time, relax, shop , bargain and enjoy. You don't need to take anything home anyway. SO travel light.
Lee
Best to hit here on your first day in Honolulu. Blow the budget and have some fun and shop. Relax on the beach before you decide to do anything. Then hit Kauai, Maui or Kona and cut back. But take some treausres home with you. What else is life all about? Prices are always better in the outer islands any country.
