Have you wondered why the GOP is so adamant about not prosecuting terrorist, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, in a NYC Federal civilian court? Dick Cheney is concerned about this prospect and what may come out at trial if Mohammed is allowed to take the stand.

It isn't about whether our Federal Court System could get a conviction, but rather whether sensitive intelligence and dark CIA secrets may be shared by Khalid Mohammed with the American press and the people.

Dick Cheney should be concerned.

Cheney told the CIA to withhold information about a secret counter-terrorism "hit program" from Congress for 8 years.

"Congress has no oversight of it. It’s an executive assassination ring essentially, and it’s been going on and on and on. Just today in the Times there was a story that its leaders, a three star admiral named [William H.] McRaven, ordered a stop to it because there were so many collateral deaths.

“Under President Bush’s authority, they’ve been going into countries, not talking to the ambassador or the CIA station chief, and finding people on a list and executing them and leaving. That’s been going on, in the name of all of us."

In the name of all Americans. Any wonder why Islam distrusts us?

Attorney General Eric Holder told Congress on Tuesday that Osama bin Laden will never face trial in the United States because he will not be captured alive.

In testy exchanges with House Republicans, the attorney general compared terrorists to mass murderer Charles Manson and predicted that events would ensure "we will be reading Miranda rights to the corpse of Osama bin Laden" not to the al-Qaeda leader as a captive.

Holder sternly rejected criticism from GOP members of a House Appropriations subcommittee, who contend it is too dangerous to put terror suspects on trial in federal civilian courts as Holder has proposed.

The attorney general said it infuriates him to hear conservative critics complain that terrorists would get too many rights in the court system.

Terrorists in court "have the same rights that Charles Manson would have, any other kind of mass murderer," the attorney general said.

"It doesn't mean that they're going to be coddled, it doesn't mean that they're going to be treated with kid gloves."

"Let's deal with reality," Holder said. "The reality is that we will be reading Miranda rights to the corpse of Osama bin Laden. He will never appear in an American courtroom."

The GOP doesn't want Khalid Mohammed to have rights and be able to tell what he knows.

Osama Bin Laden is dead. Eric Holder knows this and so do many others. Bin Laden was murdered by Omar Saeed Sheikh, a MI6 British double agent back in 2001. In an interview with Benazir Bhutto, former prime Minister of Pakistan who was assassinated in 2007, said the Omar Sheikh killed him.

CIA linked to Benazir Bhutto’s assassination?

Washington is caught up in a political scandal centering on former Vice President Dick Cheney. It follows a move by the new CIA director Leon Panetta to cancel a secret plan to find and kill Al-Qaeda leaders.

He says that, while in office, Cheney ordered the agency to withhold information about the anti-terror program from Congress.

According to investigative journalist and RT contributor Wayne Madsen, “This assassination team may have targeted politicians in other countries.

One name mentioned was former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, who may have been a victim of this program.

The other name is Jonas Savimbi, the former Angolan UNITA leader, who may have outlived his usefulness as far as Mr Cheney is concerned.”

Was Benazir Bhutto assassinated because she revealed that Bin Laden was dead and she didn't fit into the US plans Cheney had for Pakistan and the pipeline through Pakistan land? Cheney knew that President Pervez Musharraf would cooperate better than Bhutto.

Omar Sheikh killed Bin Laden and then was accused of killing Daniel Pearl, Wall Street Journal Reporter (see link below for reasons- 4th photo) . Sheikh sits in a Pakistan jail after conviction for beheading Daniel Pearl waiting to be hung.

In the meantime, the British wanted their double agent, Omar Sheikh, back from the Pakistanis so, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was waterboarded 183 times and finally confesses that he killed Daniel Pearl so Omar Sheikh can be set free.

Klahid's children, 6 and 8 were harshly interrogated and had insects put on their legs to tell the whereabouts of their father according to sources.

The CIA discovers all the information coincidentally on Mohammed's computer that was needed to hold and implicate him with al Qaeda.

• information about the four airplanes hijacked on 11 September 2001 including code names, airline company, flight number, target, pilot name and background information, and names of the hijackers
• photographs of 19 individuals identified as the 11 September 2001 hijackers
• a document that listed the pilot license fees for Mohammad Atta and biographies for some of the 11 September 2001 hijackers.
• images of passports and an image of Mohammad Atta.
• transcripts of chat sessions belonging to at least one of the 11 September 2001 hijackers.
• three letters from Osama bin Laden
• spreadsheets that describe money assistance to families of known al Qaeda members
• a letter to the United Arab Emirates threatening attack if their government continued to help the United States
• a document that summarized operational procedures and training requirements of an al Qaeda cell
• a list of killed and wounded al Qaeda militants.

Would you keep all this on your computer? This sounds too convenient. Was Khalid Mohammed set up to take the fall for Omar Sheikh, the British spy who , according to Bhutto, killed Obama Bin Laden?

So why doesn't the U.S. Government tell the American people the truth about Osama Bin Laden?  General McChrystal summed the Government's position up:

"General Stanley McChrystal, the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan said in December 2009 that al-Qaeda will not be defeated unless its leader, Osama Bin Laden, is captured or killed.

Testifying to the U.S. Congress, he saidBin Laden had become an "iconic figure, whose survival emboldens al-Qaeda as a franchising organization across the world", and that Obama's deployment of 30,000 extra troops to Afghanistan meant that success would be possible.

"I don't think that we can finally defeat al-Qaeda until he's captured or killed", McChrystal said of Bin Laden. Killing or capturing Bin Laden would not spell the end of al-Qaeda, but the movement could not be eradicated while he remained at large.

Osama Bin Laden is an Iconic Figure that the U.S. needs to keep alive so Americans  will remain fearful of another terrorist attack in order to justify continued military expenditures in expanding our Empire in the Middle East. It's about oil and power. Americans need to wake up.
