This iReport is part of an assignment:
    Flooding in the Plains

Cresting Potomac River @ Great Falls, VA

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     voipkam told me, 'The before and after shot would show you how much volume of water is flowing down the Potomac River.'
    - hhanks, CNN iReport producer

Video footage of Potomac River cresting at Great Falls National Park in Virginia.

The volume, level, and speed of the water is incredible.  I have not seen the Potomac River this high.  USGS 01646500 at Little Falls has full stats on water conditions.
