Weekend assignment: Let's walk around the world |
Walking In the Bus Rank
Here in Swaziland, and all over Southern Africa in general, the cheapest and most popular mode of transport is a "kombi" or minibus. For less than 1 US Dollar, you can catch a ride from the center of town to any nearby suburb.
I filmed myself walking in the bus rank of Mbabane, the capital city of Swaziland - it is one of the busiest places in the country.
I thought it would be appropriate for this assignment, because everyone has to walk there before they can catch a ride home!
