Senator Kyl:

I was going to open this letter with an offer of thanks for your most expeditious response to my last letter. However, I am not sure you saw my last letter. I mailed it at 4:28 PM on Thursday from the west side of Phoenix. Your reply was in my P O box on Saturday morning, that is about 36 hours for the entire mailing of both letters. Amazing speed, don’t you think?

My best guess is that you never saw my letter. Another guess conjures up a vision of one of your staffers or some other person(s), took care of this for you. Your letter has your signature so I am going to proceed as if you really did send and sign it.

Your letter states you forwarded my letter to the mayor of Goodyear. Among all of the illegal acts perpetrated against my wife and I these past 10 years, the Goodyear incident is only one small event in a continuing line of sinister and threatening acts against us. Asking the mayor of that City to assist in anything related to that act seems foolish to me. Charlie Wrangle was not investigated by his own staff, Senator. Also, I have been told, that the ex-city engineer of the City of Glendale, who was directly involved with the fake membranes, after abruptly leaving Glendale, ended up in Goodyear as an employee.

All of these acts need to be professionally investigated by an independent Federal agency. Please take the time to look at John Quinn’s file at the FBI. It has charges of the bribe in Virginia, the people following my wife and I, the fraudulent shipment of membranes, the Taiwan fake CD in evidence affair, and so much more.

This may come as a shock to you, but in 2003 or 2004, a very helpful Mr. Kupak, of your office, gave me a tremendous amount of help on the same issues. If my memory serves me correctly, within a week or so of his assistance, he was gone. Again, if memory serves, your office had no details as to where he went or why he had left. Anyway, he thought the charges needed an investigation, these same charges; albeit, without the Goodyear escapade.

I took the liberty of sending you one or two pages from the MCAO investigator of these same charges. She very professionally told me to go to the Federal level because the crimes were clearly at that level. She also found the charges to be believed and factual. She wrote as much in one of the pages I sent you.

So that you know why I stated this would be hard for your office to do, as these people are locally powerful, I listed Bill Haug, Guy Bluff and Rob Dyer in some of my filings in Superior Court and with the investigating agencies. The entire story of who they are and why this has occurred, is listed in the same filings and in my bar complaint against Haug and Dyer, years ago, because they were caught in a scheme that consisted of a company called CCC, owned by Haug or his (past) firm. Seems my firm was filing a monetary claim, as directed by my attorney (Haug’s firm, Rob Dyer), against the Hartford, which was also represented by Haug’s past firm, with the firm CCC ! Another member of the bar, Mr. Bill Merriman and one other gentleman, a past USFG claims manager, called me to lunch to tell me. I fired Haug and Dyer, they were forced to close the sham company.

Possibly because of your office’s forwarding of the letter, a Goodyear Policeman (?) was in my neighborhood suddenly suggesting to some neighbors that the helicopter was not flying over my house, but another house 200’ away. This “officer” told one neighbor that he was really looking for our home. He never knocked on our door, as I watched him from the sidewalk in front of my home, 40’ away. I had just walked by him on the street and he knew who I was because he turned his car around immediately. How believable is a policeman who can’t find an address? By the way, the helicopter was flying directly over our home, so much so that my wife and I could feel the force of the wind from its blades.

Senator, I own the Seat you now hold. My father was a severely injured WW-2 veteran and I am a Vietnam Era Vet. I am proud of my heritage and proud to be an American and a Citizen of this State. The power you have you derive from me, very similar to Jesus’ response to one of His judges that the power the judge had to judge Jesus, was only because God His Father had granted it. I have not empowered you to sit by idly and allow my life to be ruined. It is of the people, by the people and for the people, by my wife and I, the people.

In Church the other day, still praying about this, I thought of an old school friend of mine, Mike Hiller. Ever wonder what you are supposed to do in life, Senator? Well, I sailed around all over while on duty with the Navy and was never in any real imminent danger of losing my life. Mike stepped on a land mine in Viet Nam and was killed. I have visited his and the other Nam Vets Memorial in DC. I have always asked God,” why Mike and not me”? Maybe there was some other fight that God willed for me?

Well, Senator, this is that fight. And until the Lord Himself wills I breathe no more, I am going to stay in the fray. I am going to insist one more time that you offer the power that I have entrusted in you in soliciting an independent criminal investigation of ALL of these acts perpetrated against my wife, I, and my family.

So going forward, this is for Mike Hiller, My Family and all of the other citizens that these corrupt persons are arrayed against. I hope you are coming with us, Senator.
