regarding hln headlines on welfare today all i can do is post my own case: lastly i was given 200 in food stamps in georgia cause i had spent ir all in hotels after being ousted from el paso by sabotage and thru my own roomate whose sponsor for ssi i have been for 16 years until my capital was exhausted fo protective, family and children, social security, mental and health retardation, the politicians and even the courts and police wre just tacit to my pleas to take care of her, disabled, and then help me take care of her and then to take here again when all my retroactive, inheritance and financial possibilities were exhausted as i tried to supply her needs. i ended up out of gas in ga. after being persecuted all thru the nation after being ousted from el paso and there i found a homeless shelter where i could stay awhile and they gave me the 2000 food stamps which i contributed to the shelter. it turned up as shelter inhabitants we all ended on a bread diet and also overcrowded sleeping quarters mde me go on to miami, while my bank accounts were sabotaged cybernetically to make it look i overdrafted, and after illegal foreclosure of my el paso house whuile a i hold a dr's letter of total and permanent diability and inability to do gainful employment because of the war that has been raging in the world since 1917 and thus the mortgage contract in my house is null and void and the house is and remains legalyy entirely and ony mine moreover because it was bought with social security and civil service disability retroactive... well they ilegaly foreclosed it while my sponsoree won't leave and will not even return me my personal belongings important documents and diplomas as if she was agovernment agent keeping me pseudokidnapped there for 16 years and the throwing me to the street while claiming that i abandoned her, which she claims she is an enemy agent, she claims because she is a policewoman which i do not thimnk she could be cause policeman tipoliceman cannot have untruthful values like the ones she has exhibited at time and this time, well i ended up in miami, had to turn my car in at the dealer because although it was paid up, its ignition kept being intervened probably by satellite while i hold the cash contract of purchase and the bank check stub, i cannot even recover thru the insurance cause the insurance agents claim they do not understand me and i need to speak to someone in my native language while my vernaculars are english and spanish and this agents should understand me, well they will not pay for the ilegal embargo of my house nor for the virtual steal of my car, the courts are clogged i end up sleeping on the side walks, 3 days withouth food and blistered feet, i call the police to take me to the hospital to cure my blistered feet and the hospital sends me for psychiatrice evealuation for a fifth time since the beggining of 2009 since i've ran out of resources a few times while traveling the nation withouth oother incident or a scratch on my car or tiockets or accidents and after 15 years of doing the same in el paso to my sponsorees and the community's benefits withouth rewards, iend up in miami affter turning in my newly acquire drealtor license in texas whic i obtained with high marks to come out of disability with the tragical coincidence that the real estate bubble exploded just as i started to work in that. they take me to a crisis center where the custodians hook me again into a cigarrette smoking vice and finally i am steered to this assisted living facility where i am treated very well, since i cannot pay for other lodging with my social security and civil service pensions which are all i have; i go for food stamps, they give 48 dollars amonth which they letter augment to 58 since i lost 25 of my annuity because my private insurance medical on the annuty rose, then they lower them to 16 because on the renewsal of the application they assume my gross income is too high because they count the annuity which is not real income but prepaid insurance procceeds as part of the gross income, just as they dis in 76 when i was in college and i got  a scholarship whose monies i naver saw was paid directly to the school and they considered it as gross income and left me with 8 dollars in food stamps and told me to buy potatoes to survive on them, which i did, and now i end up with 16 and ask for a hearing thru the fax and food stamps does not aknowlege it and i go there to find out and they tell me they are again working on my case and i ask for acknowlegement or receipt and they tell me they won't give it to me at least for the next 4 days, to drop a copy of the hearing request on their street mailbox withouth an envelope and that the fax did not pass, and i ask, how, can they be again working on my case  afterthey had already adjudicated it for sixteen if they did not receive my hearing request fax, it did not pass? they claim the copy of the fax i presented them is not readable, not clear, while i do not evebn have paper to write the request and must which is better, scribble it their own adjuduication letter which i here present and which can be easly scanned and thus comprhended.use your zoom capabilities and your scanner and see if you can comprehend this(letter)-your contributor, manuel r. lopez
