    St. Patrick's Day Festival at L.A. Live

    The Nokica Plaza in LA today was filled with music by Ken O'Malley and The Twilight Lords, the Los Angeles Police Emerald Society Bagpipe Band and other local talent.  Anitique fire trucks, classic Police and Fire cars were there to see and enjoy as well.
