Army's first female four-star general visits Picatinny
PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J. - The Army's first female four-star general visited here March 2 for the first time since assuming her current position in November 2008.
General Ann E. Dunwoody, Army Materiel Command commanding general , lunched with U.S. Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen, who represents the congressional district in which Picatinny is located; Lt. Gen. William N. Phillips, former Picatinny Commanding General and current Military Deputy and Director for the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology; Brig. Gen. Larry Wyche, Joint Munitions and Lethality Life Cycle Management Command Commanding General; Dr. Joseph A. Lannon, Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center Director; and several other Picatinny and military officials to discuss installation operations and Picatinny technological support to the warfighter.
