    ive grown overly tired an bored hearing about issues involving the color of ones skin..if thats all you have to hide behind as an excuse for your shortcomings in who/what you are, then i suggest you either start a private club to vent of jump off the planet..your actions of being insulted or defamed critcally are pathetic to say the least...giving a neanderthal brained jackass a job just to fill some ill appointed necessity of quota is a perfect example...thats the main reason we are in this predictament right now...too many bobble heads with authority and a wastebasket full of inteligence...
