    The 900 lb gorilla in the room is obesity

    Why isn't the real discussion about health care focused on obesity. This is the real issue. All we are really talking about is a band-aid so people can continue to go about being fat and unhealthy. If we can change the life-style to one that is more healthy, the problem will be reduced dramatically and costs would plummet.
