    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     giapoo4 says things are getting back to normal at Concordia College. She says students were encouraged to help sandbag between classes.

    As the Red River gradually climbed above major flood stage, Concordia college students took advantage of a day off of classes and rallied to help the community fight the rising waters.
