    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     giapoo4 says things are getting back to normal at Concordia College. She says students were encouraged to help sandbag between classes.

    Concordia students took advantage of their day off of school Tuesday, March 16th to help the Fargo-Moorhead community fend off the rising Red River by filling sandbags and building walls.
