This iReport is part of an assignment:
Sound-off |
Republican Party Shortfall
It is vital that the Republican National Committee (GOP) start telling voters which of their Republican politicians that are:
1) Liberals (bad) members
2) Conservative moderate (very bad) member – For example, Sen. Brown calls himself a conservative but his voting record shows that he is a moderate
3) Republican members that are actually are Democrats
a. Hiding under the Republican label
b. Based on their voting record or public records
4) Progressive members (real bad) – For example, John McCain calls himself a moderate but his voting record shows that he is a progressive
In addition, the GOP should make sure that GOP members understand what each category means. This way, voters will make better informed decisions when electing their congressional representatives.
