    Cox Communications, My friend in the digital age?

    Cox Communications installed my phone and cable service 2 weeks ago but some employees or subcontractors don't really care about the  company's slogan..."Your friend in the digital age." I called customer service about the mess and it's still in my yard. It's going on  2 weeks now and I have no other choice but to vlog about this issue and  hope that someone from the corp. office will see this video and do  something about it ASAP!
