after repeated attempts at intimidating me, children and families low level employees give me an appointment with a"supervisor" 3/25/10 0830 @ quail roost office in south miami while i have repeatedly requested a hearing with an administrative judge who can understand me better because o education, experience an ethical training.i'll be there, because families and children must recuperate my homestead lost to corrupted practices of the enemy as i describe in previous i reports or else they must refer me to lawyers that will procceed for me gainst children and families themselves.follow up in my article from yesterday "re:hln*welfare*" and i do not answer yes or no and or leading questions conducive to obtaining from me a desired answer for things are not black and white, they all have shades and the shades must be accounted for so if i am not permitted to elaborate on the themes the courts may as well jail me for contempt which will give me a chance to write to the judge daily while incarcerated and or "detained" and fully explain issues for a clearer picture just as i do to ireport everyday, yet monarchic law protect s me whether i want to be or not and i can only be detained if and only for so long as i can be deemed an inmediate threat to my person or a third person which i'm not 'cause i am in full control even though the enemy has used psychiatry for decades in failed attempts to prove i suffer of tha psychiatric labels they brand of me, all these attempts futile but effectively a denial of my rights thru life by procceedings without due procces or probable cause against my person as if we were in cuba or any of the many communist countries that attempt against the american constitution while my sin is to defend the constitutio and the first ammendment specially by the use of that ammedment in my daily living. meanwhile i remain on 16 dollars  of food stamp "snap" benefits amomth now while i am suppossed to continue to get my previous allotments until the case is resolved in administrative and or other court(s), and pseudokidnapped again here in miami by economic embargo just as i was in el paso for 16 years and previously in san juan for 20 years withouth formal charge or reason or due proccess or prbable cause against me, with a completely clean record, not even an accident or a traffic tickets and completely free of drugs and alcohol all this years, that record a little bit smeared by the custodians of the crisis center iwas sent to for a fifth psychiatric evaluation this last year just because i complained of blistered feet at the hospital after my car was technically stolen from me and i had been stripped of my resources by an invisible enemy got me hooked on cigarretes again and now i am a chain smoker living in a house for smokers with two packs a day and shot of chivas regal which i seldom drink a day prescribed by the doctor who sent me to this assisted living facility that i can not venture too far from just because i do not have money for lunch. your contributor, manuel r. lopez  (KOS)
