Report by Ketan Tirodkar
In a bid to discourage the hijacking of aircrafts the Indian parliament has mooted an ammendmend to the existing Anti-hijacking Act, 1982 contemplating powerd for the frfence forces to shoot-down an hijacked aircraft and hang the hijackers.
It will be an experience for the world agencies to watch over the Indian exercise; of first shooting sown the aircraft and then hanging the hijackers.
