    Artist Bruce Helander expresses himself about the debate of the Health Care Reform. Photos were taken outside of Palm Beach County Courthouse in West Palm Beach, Florida. The sculpture comments on people without health care, die. The deaths of people who do not have health care can't speak out. So he feels that he must.
