    Dividing America

People say that America is more divided now then ever before, however there was a time before, when the federal government wanted to push grand economical change.

Today, we have a federal government forcing grand change despite it's unconstitutionality, and massive opposition. This time 37 states are passing or have passed legislation denying acceptance to forced health care reform.

The last time we were divided like we are today, American fought American.

Before we were divided over who deserves freedom, now we plead to save freedom. Save the people from become slaves to the government. As Government is already the slave of corporation, unions and special interest.

If this thing passes, what happens when people refuse to comply? It's not legal under the constitution. It can't be amended into the constitution because 37 states have already showed they would not ratified such a measure, by legislating laws protecting their citizens from having to comply to a federal health care mandate. It takes 38 states to ratified the constitution.

On the other hand, the states could ratify a constitutional amendment, that prevents the federal government from ever bring up this debate again, with just one more vote.
