even if you have signed for or the bank has automatically eliminatedyour debit card overdraft protection chase will still pay or not pay, at their option overdrafted recurring charges on the debit card and in both instances will charge a 34 dollar overdraft fee. the only way to solve this now would be to eliminate recurring charges options on subscription plans and make every body pay these recurring charges obligatory payments on an instance by instance basis at the cardholder's discretion even if companies want to make some subscriptions dependent on the recurring charges method these companies would loose clients with these bank charges so they are better off to let the clients pay on an instance by instance basis. your contributor manuel r. lopez
