Tangled Cactus in Sunland
In this video I take you to the most interesting and biggest cactus of its kind that I have ever seen. It reminds me of a very complex puzzle created by Professor Rubik, a brilliant Hungarian, who also created (guess what), Rubik's Cube. (You can look him up on the internet. Or just look up Rubik's Tangle.)
The cactus is taller than the house and I was told that it is about 30 years old. It was planted there when this community was new. Birds love to live in these cacti in holes that they dig on it (I think.)
What is remarkable about this cactus is that it has not collapsed under its own weight, and they hardly even trim it. I end my video showing the bottom of the plant, which is rugged and thick like a tree trunk.
Residents show this cactus to their visitors as one of the more interesting attractions around here.
