    Ooooopahhhh is easy to make. Soak Greek cheese in warm water, coat with flour, fry it in olive oil until both sides are brown. Drain oil. Put 3/4 ounce of brandy on cheese.  Light it.  Squeeze lemon juice on it. Serve.  Oohhh pahhh enjoy.  www.primeterre.com
