This is what happens when the teacher doesn't show up for class. Four teenage boys at Baird High School of Baird TX were punished to 30 days suspension, no sports activities and no prom after this harmless prank. Goose, the one being taped was a very willing participate and was laughing the whole time. While I agree that the boys should be punished for goofing around in class, the punishment was excessive and called harassment which does not fit the definition. This is simply put a case of the school covering for there mistake. They did not even know of the event until the mother of Goose showed the video to the school several weeks later. They did not even know that there was no teacher present. Call the school at 325-854-1400 and ask pricipal Mike Kinslow how he came to this decision.
