Walking at High Rocks at Ralph Stover park PA.
Well the video didn't turn out as beautiful as it looked in person, but maybe you can get the idea. I used to go to these cliffs as a youth and sit on the edge. Now there is a fence to keep people from jumping and falling off. The view is still good, but too many people in the park these days. They had a water release, but I only saw on kayak while I was up there. I need more practice with the video's. :)
