This iReport is part of an assignment:
Passions over health care reform |
Trade one bad health care system for another bad health care system
Essentially what is going on is we're in the grand process of changing one bad health care system...
i.e....
Corporations beit insurance companies, drug manufacturers etc controlling and setting higher health care costs while eliminating free market competition.
and
Government run health care - again eliminating free market forces to drive costs down through REAL competition in the health care services....true free market forces (which we don't have) could never compete with a government subsidized plan.
Yeah....Yeah....we get one bad system instead of another..
I'll celebrate by showing up for what's left of my paycheck.
What happen to....
Anti-trust laws?.....Why are these health related corporations allowed to drive up costs and eliminate real free market competition?????
What do you think of this story?
