    An Israeli woman with blood on her arm holds her baby inside a hospital after she was evacuated from an overturned Israeli passenger bus on Jaffa Road in Jerusalem, on 02 July 2007 after a Palestinian driving a bulldozer went on a ramming, killing spree. Four people were killed and dozend of others wounded when the bulldozer ran over vehicles, cut the roof off another and over turned the bus. The driver was shot and killed by Israeli police.
