Anti-War Protest in the Streets of Los Angeles
Hundreds poured onto Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles, California on March 20, 2010 - the 7th anniversary of the start of the Iraq War to protest the on-going wars and occupations in Iraq, Afghanistan and Palestine. The demonstration was comprised of diverse groups opposing the wars and calling for President Obama to bring all troops home immediately. The one-mile march ended with a rally in front of the famous Grauman's Chinese Theater where several speakers including Ron Kovic addressed the crowd and voiced demands for the end of these wars.
