    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     ANiezgoda is friends with Maya 'Mangleyou' and wanted to know if the roller derby games were anything like the movie 'Whip It.' She was told that the fights that took place in the movie would get one ejected in real roller derby.

    After three months of tryouts, the roller derby season is underway. Reporter/photographer Abbey Niezgoda takes you to the sold out game of a competitive sport that's only been around in Massachusetts since 2005.
