Pay Phone Absence
As you can see, this is not a working payphone, so there was nothing for me to use. In my travels around the country, including my current hometown, the absence (not presence) of payphones is increasingly prevalent. This photo essay honors that absence, which signifies our society's technological progress.
This payphone shell is located at the corner of North Donahue Drive and Glenn Avenue in Auburn, AL.
