    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     johnsul, a professional videographer, drove up to an old mill town, Amesbury, Massachusetts, and saw a creek surging through the center of town. As to how much water there was, he replied, “As Carl Sager would say, billions and billions.” The town was still functioning fairly normally and some businesses owners had put up sand bags. “Some of those buildings and restaurants that were closed were certainly getting slammed very hard,” he said.

    This is a video of a small stream the runs through the downtown area of Amesbury, Massachusetts.  It looks more like Niagara Falls!
