Staying fit in Colorado Springs
Here in the Springs there are a lot of things to do to stay fit.. Biking, hiking, running, swimming.. but the best one I've found is martial arts. Taekwondo, to be specific. It provides the cardio to keep me fit while working on muscles and agility in a fun way.
