Seoul, South Korea

This iReport is part of an assignment:
Exercise and the city |
A City, a Court, a Mountain
Nestled in the mountains on the edge of Seoul, this little out of the way park has a nice paved basketball court that features nets that don't get ripped to shreds and plenty of old folks to watch you play. Because most women don't like to play sports in public in Korea, as a female, I make quite a stir. During certain times of the year, farmers come to harvest whatever grows on the sides of this stream. Every square inch of Seoul is very valuable, so I count myself lucky to have found a free place to play. If you're here, it's called Yangjae Citizen's Forest.
