    House Fire Kingswood Park Moncotn Canada

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     newschaser says he found out about the house fire on a police scanner and headed out to cover the incident. He covers local news and events in Moncton. He says luckily the homeowners were out, but there was extensive damage to the home. 'There was fire shooting out of the front window,' he said of the scene.

    Moncton Fire Department responded to a House Fire this morning just before 9:30am at 44 Hardwood off Maplehurst in Kingswood Park in uptown Moncton. When Firefighters arrived on scene there was fire shooting from the home. 5 Fire vehicles were at the scene,  and had Hardwood blocked for about a hour. No Codiac RCMP showed up to the fire. Most of the damage was in the front of the home. The alarm that came in was from a smoke alarm upstairs.  There were no injuries.
