Do you swear by your Neti Pot?

    Love my Neti!

I was 11 when I got a bad sinus infection that  went into the bone and the lining of the brain (Sinusitis,  Osteomyelitis, Cerebritis). I was lucky to have a doctor who flew me  from Reno to San Francisco and put me under the car of a doctor there  that specialized in treating those kinds of infections with antibiotics.  Af...ter two moths of IV antibiotic therapy, the  infection was clear and I was on my way. Having just avoided a major  brain surgery to remove my upper sinuses, I was told that i would have  to take special care to avoid any future sinus infections. I started  flushing my sinuses with homemade saline solution using a mister or  squirt bottle. Then someone told me about the Neti Pot. I haven't had to  get antibiotics for a sinus infection but only three times in the past  20 years. I use the Neti Pot at any sign of stuffiness or infection.  Love my Neti!
