    Always double check your spoons!

     

    I still remember accidentally using a tablespoon to measure both the baking soda and salt for a recipe of cookies...instead of a teaspoon. I had to make 2 more batches of dough - minus those 2 ingredients - to even it out. We froze a lot of the excess and it worked out in the end as we could have fresh baked cookies whenever we wanted (but next time I'd make several batches of *different* cookies and freeze them to avoid getting bored of just one kind)
