    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Topolliyo has been sleeping outside the Arizona state capitol since Wednesday because he is against the immigration bill that awaits the governor's signature. About 50 people were outside the capitol all night. 'It's something very bad for the community, not just Hispanic but everybody,' he said.
