    The footage was taken outside of the La Patera Elementary School. Everyone as you can see was outside of thier house for two reasons. To look at the fire and the power was out at the time. The time of footage was at approximately 8:00pm. The Power went outage occured at 7:15pm according to Edison the next day. It's a good thing we gained number one priority for the resources to fight the fire otherwise houses would have been lost.
